Your data, handled like it's ours
CS Pulse Community runs on trust. People bring real customer situations into our Rooms and our groups, so how we treat that information matters as much as the conversations themselves. Here's exactly how we do it.
What we promise
- We never sell your data. Not to sponsors, not to vendors, not to anyone.
- We never record video in Rooms. Room audio is transcribed into text by a botless desktop note-taker like Granola, which runs on the computer of the moderator, or another member everyone has agreed on, and never joins the call. Everyone agrees at the start of every Room, and anyone can say no.
- We never share or publish raw transcripts. They're used internally to write notes and resources. Anything shared from a Room is anonymised, with no names, no companies, no customers.
- You're in control. Hide your profile from the Members directory, leave any group, or ask us to delete everything, any time.
- Larger events are different, and we say so upfront. Webinars and larger sessions with invited speakers may be recorded for educational and marketing use. You'll see that on the registration page and give your consent there, before you sign up.
Where your data lives
Our member workspace, app.cspulse.com, stores its data in Mumbai, India. It is encrypted in transit and at rest, and database-level rules make sure each member only sees what their access level allows.

We keep our list of tools short, and we pick providers with serious security programmes of their own.

How we protect it
- HTTPS everywhere, on both sites.
- Encryption in transit and at rest for workspace data.
- Access controlled in the database itself, not just in the app.
- Multi-factor sign-in for everyone who runs the community.
- Analytics only after you say yes to cookies.

You can see, correct, download or delete your information. Email support@cspulse.com and we'll sort it within a month.
The laws we build to
We're based in India and follow its Digital Personal Data Protection Act. Because our members join from around the world, we build to the EU and UK GDPR as our baseline, and to the privacy laws of the places our members live.
